Top o’ the morning, Chicago! My name is Rebecca Bradley, and
I’m a sophomore Psychology major. This is my first time in the Mid-West, so I’m
very excited to be here! At Maryland, I work at the Children’s Developmental
Clinic and the Writing Center. I love people and hope to use my degree to work
with teenagers and young adults with special needs and disabilities. I believe
educating students about various national and international issues in an
immersive environment is incredibly powerful, and participating in Alternative
Breaks is a wonderful honor to me. During our time here, I hope to gain a greater
understanding of the barriers that homeless populations face, and the resources
that can be utilized to overcome them.
